Instructions for Applying Online 
STEP-1 Download and Read the scheme brochure carefully. The online form cost is Rs. 300/-
STEP-2 Scroll down and see the application form and need be take a print out to collect the information required to be filled herein.Please note that earnest money must be deposited before you can fill and submit the form. The earnest money deposited should be strictly according to the size of the Plot as specified in the scheme brochure. Please note that earnest money can be paid through either of the two ways:
a) By visiting the bank branch personally.
You need to fill the Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS)/ National Electronic Fund Transfer (NEFT) Challan. This RTGS/NEFT challan is available in all the bank branches. You can also download the challan as given below. Please use the following details for depositing/transferring the funds.

Obtain a Unique Transaction Reference Number i.e. UTR Number (in case you are filling RTGS Challan) or a Transaction Reference Number (in case you are filling NEFT Challan) from the bank and note it down carefully. It will be required while filling the form.
b) By online transfer of funds using net banking
A UTR Number/Transaction Reference Number is generated after the transaction is done through net banking. Please note down this UTR Number/Transaction Reference Number to fill in the application form.
HDFC Bank Account holders having net banking facility are required to transfer the funds online. After transferring the funds through net banking, a Reference Number will be generated. This number is to be filled in the application form.
NRI’s / PIO’s / OCI’s may please note that Earnest Money will be accepted only in Rupees.
Earnest Money of those not successful in the Draw will also be refunded in Indian Rupees.

STEP-4 After the form is submitted, an application number and a password will be displayed on the screen. Please note down this application number and password. This application number and password will also be sent through an email to the e-mail ID as mentioned in the Application Form for your future reference.
STEP-5 Take a printout after submitting the Online Application Form.
STEP-6 You can also edit your application details by using the Application Number and Password. The edit option is available on top of the page. Edit option will not be available once payment details are reconciled.
STEP-7 A second e-mail will be sent to you confirming the receipt of your payment.
STEP-8 In case you have an enquiry, please send a mail to or Call Helpline Number: between 10 AM & 3 PM along with your Application details only after applying online. The applicants are required to ensure that their payment is reconciled otherwise their application is liable to be rejected.
